Arthur Phipps

 PHIPPS, Arthur J. 88, of Palm Harbor, went to be with The Lord, Feb. 8, 2013. He was a WWII veteran. Survived by daughter, Diane Frattalone (Sam) of Palm Harbor; sons, Robert Phipps (Brenda) of St. Louis, Edward Phipps of Boyton Beach; grandchildren, Stacey Snyder, Amanda Palmer, Christopher Frattalone, Brent Phipps and Jill McEuen; great-grandchildren, Briella Snyder, Laila Snyder, Max Phipps & Gus Phipps. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12 with funeral services on Wednesday, February 13 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
