Joseph Bruno
BRUNO, Joseph Louis, 76, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2012. He was born in New York City on January 12, 1936. He was predeceased by his parents Carlo Bruno and Mary Gemola Bruno and his infant son, Anthony Bruno. He is survived by his wife, Ann Guggino Bruno, sons Joseph, Carlo and Anthony, daughter Marie Anderson, daughter-in-laws Christine Krupinsky Bruno and Sharon Brady Bruno, son-in-law Robert Anderson, grand children Matthew Stuart Bruno, Johnathan Anthony Bruno and Angelina Marie Anderson. He served our country in the United States Army from 1959-1961 stationed in Fort Dix, NJ and Aberdeen, MD. A veteran retail operator, he was an innovator who created processes still in use today as he served in various capacities with large department store retailers and so proudly owned and operated several stationery stores in and around the New York area. There will be a funeral mass at 2:30pm on Monday February 13, 2012 at the Christ the King Catholic Church, 821 South Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa 33609. In lieu of flowers, those interested in making a contribution in Joseph's memory might consider Saint John's Episcopal Day School 902 S.
