Dr. Ricardo E. Ubillus
Ubillus, Dr. Richardo E., of New Port Richey, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012. Family will receive friends on Friday, September 21 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be conducted on Saturday, September 22 at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in New Port Richey.

Dr. Ubillius was a gentleman and a gentle man. When he found out I was going to Peru he reminded me not to drink the water, but to drink the coca tea. When I returned he sought me out to inquire about my trip. He was proud of his heritage and was willing to share it with all. He will be missed.
