Albert D "Scotty" Whitelaw
WHITELAW, Albert D. "Scotty" 75 of New Port Richey, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2012. Born in Queens, NY, he moved here from Bayshore, NY in 2007. He was owner of Scotty's Bakery and Oven Equipment. He served in the US Navy from 1956-60. He is survived by his wife, Catherine; sons, Albert of Holbrook, NY (Venus), James of Newport Beach CA (Joanne) and Andrew (Rita) of Poundridge NY; 5 grandchildren, Alex, Anna Rose, Nicholas, Cole and Omar; beloved brother, Alex of Humble, TX; sister-in-law, Carol Kurka of New Port Richey. Visitation will be held on Sunday Jan. 29, 2012 from 3-6pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Trinity FL. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Jan 30, 2012 at 11am also at Trinity Memorial Gardens. Burial will follow. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association His family, dear friends and all who knew him will greatly miss his smile, good humor and love.

Al, Sal, Scotty; he wore many hats throughout his life,touching many in different ways. He was a devoted husband, loving father and uncle, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and good friend. We shall always keep him close to our hearts.
