MODICA, Louis J. of Trinity, died Jan. 29, 2013, formerly of Brooklyn, NY and Bethpage, NY son of the late Natale and Mamie Modica. His family includes his wife Menetta; his loving children Michael Modica, Richard and Barbara Modica, Carol Conologue and Diane and Raymond Izzo; and ten beautiful granchildren, Christa, Lauren, Colby, Kayla, Victoria, Alexander, Jaclyn, Michael, Christopher and Gabrielle. Nellie Jones

Jones, Nellie, 88, of Lutz, FL,  passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013.  Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.  Entombment will follow in Trinity Memorial Gardens Cemetery.JONES, NELLIE ORIET, of Lutz, FL passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013, less than a month short of her 89th birthday in the arms of her loving family. She was born in Jonesville, Honduras, and had lived in the Tampa area since 1954. She was a skilled and gifted seamstress creating beautiful dresses, prom and wedding gowns, band costumes, and many other beautiful items. Her only two entries to the Florida State Fair were each first place winners for their respective years. She was preceded in death by the love of her life and her husband of 60 years, Victor Jones. She is survived by her children Andrew (Ann) Jones of Charleston, Vanie (John) Benedetto, and Nellie R Jones of Tampa and her grandchildren Andrea (Brian) Beattie of Bonaire, GA, Brian Kerns of Plant City, Melissa Hickok of Boynton Beach, and Giovanni (fianc‚ Bianca Conigliaro) Benedetto III of Tampa. She is also survived by 7 great grand children in FL and GA; three siblings all of Jonesville, Honduras; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and an amazing number of loving friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday , January 30, 2013, at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 12609 Memorial Drive, Trinity, FL 34655, (888) 271-5820. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10 - 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to LifePath Hospice, 12470 Telecom Dr, Suite 300 W, Temple Terrace, FL 33637 in appreciation of the Blue Team's enormous care and support of the family, or to the Church of God at Brandon. Nellie's extraordinary life was a living testament to her love of family, God, and life. She never wavered from her path and leaves us a shining example to emulate.
